Returns & Refunds
We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase from Parts To You. If something is not quite right, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Unwanted items (within 30 days)
If you wish to return an unwanted item within 30 days of delivery:
- Contact us at hello@partstoyou.com to request a return.
- We will confirm the return process and arrange collection where applicable.
- A refund will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected.
Unwanted items (after 30 days)
If an item is unwanted after 30 days:
- Please contact us at hello@partstoyou.com to discuss the return.
- Return shipping costs will normally be the responsibility of the customer.
- In some cases, we may arrange collection. This will be confirmed in advance.
- Any refund will be confirmed once the item has been received and assessed.
Faulty items (within 30 days)
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery:
- Contact us at hello@partstoyou.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- We will normally arrange a replacement and collect the faulty item at the same time.
Faulty items (after 30 days, up to 12 months)
If your item becomes faulty after 30 days but within 12 months:
- Contact us at hello@partstoyou.com with your order details and a description of the fault.
- We will advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or testing of the returned item.
- Where required, a prepaid return label may be provided.

To begin any unwanted or faulty return, please email hello@partstoyou.com. Parts To You remains your point of contact throughout the process and is responsible for managing your return or refund.
